We deliver/ship nationwide. For NCR, all instant check out purchased items will be delivered with 2-4 business days of placing order. For all other areas, delivery will be through a delivery vendor within 7-10 business days.

Since each piece is uniquely crafted and due to the complexity of shipping, we do not entertain returns. However, if you require additional information, more pictures, a video of the selected piece, we will gladly fulfil your requests before purchase. Under the rare occurrence, if your purchased item is damaged in the delivery process, we will work with you to repair the item. In the event that you have made an online purchase, and wish to cancel this, please call us at 9910726231 or email us at info@mohanima.com within 12 hours of placing the order so we can efficiently refund your payment and not go through the inconvenience of requesting the delivery vendor.

All payments made on Mohanima are secure. We accept payments using credit/debit card (Indian or international), pay wallet, UPI or bank transfer. Due to tie up with external delivery vendor, we currently do not offer cash on delivery.
